Program basics, supervision considerations, home-visit awareness, and practical communication
Medical Marijuana Awareness for Probation and Parole Staff is a national-scope training course for probation officers, parole agents, supervision staff, and criminal justice professionals who encounter medical marijuana participation in the course of their work.

It does not provide legal advice, agency policy guidance, or medical advice.
State medical marijuana laws vary significantly. This course builds a national framework and uses state-specific inserts for PA, OH, and WV where jurisdiction-specific context is relevant.
