Every course starts with content that applies everywhere — science, principles, communication. No state-specific assumptions baked in.

State inserts layered on top
State-specific rules, regulations, and agency names are added as inserts that appear only for learners in that state. The core never needs rewriting.

Role-specific notes where needed
Budtenders and physicians reading the same lesson see different professional context notes. Same content, different lens.

Quiz and certify
Every course ends with a knowledge check. Pass and receive a certificate with a unique verification code — shareable and employer-verifiable.
